EmYrge is a collaboration of young professional groups from the Huntsville community. Our goal is to attract, retain, and educate young people to ensure the vitality of our community's thriving economy and nationally ranked job market. We are a diverse group of individuals that believe that our community is a smart place to live, work and play.

• Provide college students, coops and interns the skills they need to land jobs after graduation.
  
  
• Partner with universities, businesses and other community organizations to provide career-minded individuals with opportunities to develop personally, professionally and socially.
  
  
• Prevent the migration of graduates to larger cities and to encourage those who have left to return to the North Alabama region.
